Life across cultures.
Work rooted in people.

Amy Regeti is a German American married to her Indian American husband, Srinu. That cross-cultural life is part of the experience she brings to conversations about relationships, family expectations, and belonging.

Since 2005, Amy and Srinu have run their photography business, The Regeti’s, together. Through photography, Amy’s writing, and hosting SAWL, she explores people, culture, and real life.

Her Clarity Calls offer practical, lived-experience mentoring for Indian-American and intercultural relationships. The aim is to make space for the full story, understand the options, and identify a manageable next step.

Real Conversations. Deeper Understanding. A Kinder Tomorrow.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO ME

The full story
rarely fits a feed.

When Srinu and I met, Indian-American couples felt unusual in our own surroundings. We experienced the looks, differences in how we were treated, and the changing sense of acceptance in public.

Our perspective comes from decades of marriage and family life across cultures. Beautiful photographs and social posts can hold real moments of happiness, but they can’t show every private complication behind them.

Some things need a trusted conversation. For me, that means listening to both perspectives without automatically taking my family’s side or Srinu’s. The same care matters when I’m listening to someone else’s story: understanding what’s happening, considering the options, and making room for their own decisions.

I won’t promise a solution to every situation. I can bring lived experience, thoughtful questions, and a willingness to hear more than one side.

BEHIND THE BRAND

A small mark.
A big story.

The original gold, red, and gold three-stroke mark from Amy’s signature

The three strokes above the final “i” in my name carry a very personal meaning.

Their shape is inspired by the thirunamam associated with Lord Vishnu. Srinu was named after Lord Srinivasa, and I wanted that connection to have a place in my signature.

To me, it’s a small tribute to the person beside me and the life we’ve built across cultures. My name carries my own story, and it carries the love that has helped shape it.

“There is no Amy Regeti without Srinivasa.”

Traditional background: the tirunamam and Lord Vishnu at Tirumala, from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.
